Welcoming programme
This is the first support we offer to those who
reach Caritas. Here they find a space where
they are listened to and they can express
themselves without judgment or prejudice. We
open a dialogue to develop a shared diagnosis
and propose an intervention plan for them.

Accompaniment programme
Our personal and social promotion plan covers
the three major areas of human development:
needs, purpose and active participation – thus
transmitting the message: ” Yes, you are capable”.

Home centres and sheltered housing
Short, medium, and long-term home centres that guarantee basic needs for individuals or
families enabling them to undertake the
processes leading to their future social
integration. These spaces serve as a support
system, integrating educational factors such as living together within a shared environment.

San Francisco Occupational Centre
Occupational, training, and development
services and activities for people struggling to
undertake standard socio-labour processes.
We promote the holistic development of people who are excluded or at risk of exclusion, fostering their inclusion and participation in society.

San Miguel Day Centre
This is a space for homeless people, with an
unwavering commitment to those facing the
most extreme adversity: the lack of a home.
The day centre is not just a physical shelter – it is a refuge for the soul, a place where the
fabric of human dignity is woven through the
warmth of conversation, a cup of coffee, the
comfort of a roof over one’s head, and the solidarity of a united community.

Legal services and immigration programme
We help solve issues related to administrative,
labour, civil, and criminal law so as to prevent
further deterioration and to promote social
integration. Our goal: welcoming, informing, and supporting foreign nationals to facilitate the integration of the immigrant community and guaranteeing their rights.

Housing service
We offer support in order to access housing, to
maintain current housing, and to improve living conditions. We work to resolve urgent housing shortages. Housing and employment are key aspects for attaining normalization and social integration.
